We will then endeavour to get the order picked, prepared and ready for dispatch within 24-48 hours. Once we have prepared your order you will receive an e-mail stating your order has been completed, this is confirmation that your order has been contractually accepted. Prior to this, the sale will not be considered complete. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you have chosen the bank transfer option, you will need to make payment within 12 hours or we reserve the right to cancel your order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, once your order has been processed, we will advise you of the cheapest shipping option to your country and thereafter payment can be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Returns and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n We will not accept any returns in usual circumstances; however, if there is an issue with the order please, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
