Al-Imaan Institute Publishing is not responsible for the content or the views presented in any of the books sold, or to be sold, and the views contained within the books may not  necessarily represent the views held by Al-Imaan Institute Publishing and/or its owners.

Order
Once your order has been placed with Al-Imaan Institute Bookstore, we will begin processing your order. Once your order has been processed we will complete the order for which you will receive acknowledgment via email which will include your order details. 
Please note Al-Imaan Institute Bookstore will not consider your order binding until it has been completed and the acknowledgement email has been received. At this point, your order will be considered accepted and binding. This is to ensure we have all your titles available in stock and in sellable condition. 
If you have chosen bank transfer as payment option please ensure payment is made within 12 hours. Thereafter, Al-Imaan Institute Bookstore reserves the right to cancel your order. 

Shipping
Once your order has been confirmed, Al-Imaan Institute Bookstore will ship your parcel with the shipping company and service most appropriate deemed by Al-Imaan Institute Bookstore. For orders outside of UK, if a shipping price is not stated upon checkout, we will contact you with the most economical and appropriate shipping price and you will have the choice of accepting those costs or cancel your order and a full refund will be issued. 
For shipments outside the UK, depending on the size of the order or your country laws, there may be a customs/import duty fee to be paid, these will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless there is written pre-agreement with Al-Imaan Institute Bookstore stating otherwise. 
Delivery times are approximate, these are not guaranteed as Al-Imaan Institute Bookstore does not have any control over shipping delays.
Any damages incurred in transit will not be the responsibility of Al-Imaan Institute Bookstore, but we will endeavour to assist however we can. 
 
Returns and Refunds
We will not accept any returns in usual circumstances; however, if there is an issue with the order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order we will endeavour to address any issues. 
If there is damage to the book which is due to shipping, we will provide you with all relevant data for you to contact the courier to raise this as a recipient.
If the damage is something not due to shipping, we will access the damage and take actions. In some cases, complete or partial refund may be offered, or the option of return. There will always be a possibility of minimal damage to books, as they are subject to a lot of logistics handling.
The severity of the damage is at the discretion of Al-Imaan Institute Bookstore.
 
Coupon Codes
Coupon Codes can not be used in conjunction with any other sale items on our website. 
We reserve the right to cancel any promotions and offers without any notice.
