Once we have received the order and the payment has been processed, we will send you an acknowledgement e-mail which will include details of the books purchased and their prices.

We will then endeavour to get the order picked, prepared and ready for dispatch within 24-48 hours. Once we have prepared your order you will receive an e-mail stating your order has been completed, this is confirmation that your order has been contractually accepted. Prior to this, the sale will not be considered complete. 

If you have chosen the bank transfer option, you will need to make payment within 12 hours or we reserve the right to cancel your order.

For Mainland UK we use the following:

• Standard – Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service.
• Express – Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service

For Europe, US, Canada, Australia we use Royal Mail UK, DHL, UPS or DPD etc.

For the rest of the world we have various shipping agreements with different couriers. Therefore, once your order has been processed, we will advise you of the cheapest shipping option to your country and thereafter payment can be processed.

Returns and Refunds

 We will not accept any returns in usual circumstances; however, if there is an issue with the order please, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will endeavour to address any issues. 

If there is damage to the book, which is not a result of shipping, a complete or partial refund may be offered, or the option of return. 

The severity of the damage is at the discretion of Al-Imaan Institute Bookstore.
